A vision years ago, when King Charles was Prince of Wales, has come back to me this week. I saw the fleur-de-lis, the coat of arms of the Prince of Wales, with the center feather rising far, far above the other two. When I asked the Lord its meaning, He said that when a person is anointed to kingship, there is an anointing from heaven that comes upon that individual that can be used for the spiritual and political good of that nation. The vision showed that Charles would be King one day.
We pray that when King Charles is anointed, that he would receive the anointing that is from above and that he might rise up in spiritual anointing and understanding, able to use that anointing for what is best spiritually and politically for the United Kingdom. We ask, Lord, that your eternal purposes begin to unfold from the moment of this anointing in the coronation ceremony, and we ask your blessings upon him, praying he be a uniting force in the United Kingdom, an advocate for peace and a peacemaker, in the Name of Jesus.
