Symbolic messages in Israel’s Fall Feasts show why the Rapture of the Church will occur at a future Feast of Trumpets. Jesus ultimately will fulfill Rosh Ha Shana, Yom Kippur, and the Feast of Tabernacles with implications for Israel, the Church, His Body, and the world.
Just as Jesus fulfilled Israel’s Spring Feasts literally and on the exact day, so will He fulfill Israel’s Fall Feasts literally and on the exact day at the end of this current Church Age. Rosh Ha Shana, Israel’s civil new year, is the Lord’s Feast of Trumpets prophesying an ultimate Feast of Trumpets when the dead in Christ will be resurrected, and we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air!
Immediately following the Resurrection of the dead and the Rapture of the Church, the Day of the Lord – the Day of Wrath – begins. Scriptures involving blood moons in connection with the Day of Wrath specify that the sun is darkened first. This only occurs after the Rapture. Then God’s wrath is poured out as described in Revelation 6, followed by Yom Kippur and the Feast of Tabernacles.
To look at these Feasts prophetically is fantastic, and they are all laid in order in our latest series, We Await the Rapture of the Church. The Word of the Lord on these matters will thrill you.
