This is your midnight ride.
Hold not back the forces of the Lord!
Equip His special forces! Hold not their reins! – Fear not!
Supply the troops He has raised up!
Send them not into battle without shields.
Hold not back your finances for the final battle!
Send not your troops without boots on, for it is you who strengthen their mission.
It is the midnight ride.
And the midnight riders shall ride swift, swift, swift on the horses that carry them.
Swift, swift do they run. Like Elijah, the forces shall run this year. They will run – and outrun the horses!
Be ye ones who equip them.
Let them not go into battle unsupplied, for they’ll not hold back their voices at this hour.
Their shields are shining bright.
It is the midnight ride.
Let them ride, carrying the torch, and supply the fuel for the ride.
For swift, swift is He that carries them.
It is the hour of His special forces in thy God.
It’s not the hour of the blessings only.
It’s the hour for those who will go on the ride.
Many, many here tonight shall join them and go on the midnight ride.
They’ll go, they’ll go, they’ll go.
But don’t let them be sent with nothing.
Send them as the army of God.
Just as our troops have gone undefended, should it be so for the Body of Christ? For we live not under the governments of man, but we are under the government of God, who does not have other priorities.
So send, send out the riders.
They ride with the horsemen and chariots of God.
They in this hour, they’ll outrun the horses. You’ll see.
They’ll outrun the horses, you’ll see, for I have His run in me.
I have His run in me! I have His run in Me.
All ye that have His run in you, run, run, run, run!
“Who will run for Me?,” says the Lord, “Who? Who will run for Me?”
Oh, ye runners, runners of the midnight ride, you will see the dawn arise. For you are those who shall usher in the new day. Caught up to Heaven, you shall be!
We will run. We will run to the battle!
Prepare your ark, secure your spirit, and run to the battle!
Run, run to the battle! For the trumpet sounds, and the Lord proclaims, “This is My day and this My reign” And we will run.
We will run to the battle! We will run. We will run to the battle!
For the trumpet sounds, and the Lord proclaims, “This is My year and this is My reign”. And we will run. We will run to the battle! For the Lord proclaims, “This is My year, and this is My reign!”
We will run. We will run to the battle! We will run to the battle!
Our hearts are valiant, our spirits strong.
The night is dark, but His day is long! We will run.
We will run to the battle!
We will run. We will run to the battle!
For at His command, the sun will stand and shed its light as we take the land!
We will run. We will run to the battle! We will run. We will run to the battle! We will run. We will run to the battle! We will run. We will run to the battle! We will run. We will run to the battle! We will run. We will run to the battle! I hear the horses’ hoofs. I hear them prancing.
I hear the horses’ hoofs. I hear them prancing.
Anxious, they are. Anxious, they are for a rider to declare.
Anxious, they are.
I hear the horses’ hoofs. I hear them prancing. I hear their hoofs as they meet the stone. I hear the flint of their prancing. They are anxious.
They are anxious.
Who will they carry? And where will they go?
Who will the Lord outfit for them? Who will the Lord outfit for them to go?
I hear those horses prancing, and I hear their nostrils. I hear them sniffing the air. I hear their nostrils. I hear them sniffing.
I hear them sniffing the air. And they sniff, and they sniff. And they sniff, and they sniff. And they sniff so many things.
But their nostrils are sniffing to catch the smell of victory.
It is the smell of the Blood, the Blood of Jesus that gives them victory.
They’re waiting for the scent. They’re waiting for the scent.
They’re waiting for the scent of victory, knowing the direction that the sent ones shall be sent. That the sent ones shall be sent! Yes, the sent ones shall be sent!
Go, and be the strength of the nations.
