We live in an evil day, so we need to be aware of the wiles of the devil. It was made known to me that a number of false prophecies and erroneous teachings are going out to the Body of Christ, especially in the political arena through social media.

We’re not called to enter into political divisions; in fact, the Lord has told us to stay out of them. The enemy is going to be very busy this election season with craziness that mocks God, His truth, and His anointed. Be on the lookout for “prophecies” filled with error.

A word from a false teacher or a false prophet will be filled with mixture. Wherever mixture is present, the source is demonic. Its intention is to capture your mind and heart by using a mixture of right and wrong things. None of us, unbeknownst to ourselves, wants to be used as Satan’s messengers by participating in something false that has caught our attention.

The enemy wants to draw our attention away from our relationship with the Lord, where our blessings are sure. Study your Bible to know God, and develop your relationship with His Holy Spirit.
